How long we keep it

Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email privacy@ndasafe.co.uk to exercise any of them. We will acknowledge your request within five working days and respond in full within one month (extendable to three months for complex matters, with notice).
Data-protection complaints procedure
We take data-protection concerns seriously. If you believe we have handled your personal data unlawfully or in breach of your rights, please follow the steps below.
- Contact us first. You may raise a complaint by any means — email privacy@ndasafe.co.uk, or by post to WSC Group Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA — with a description of your concern and your order reference (if applicable). We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a full written response within 30 calendar days. Where a matter is complex we may extend this to 90 days; we will notify you of any extension and the reason before the 30-day period expires.
- Escalate to the ICO. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — the UK supervisory authority for data protection: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by post: Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
This procedure satisfies the obligations applicable to UK data controllers under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and the UK GDPR.
