Every NDASafe purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the template is not right for your situation, the file is faulty, or you simply change your mind, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no quibbling: your Stripe order reference is all we need.
Your statutory rights
NDASafe templates are digital content delivered immediately on payment. At checkout you give express consent to immediate delivery under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which means the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery has begun. Our money-back guarantee is a voluntary promise that goes beyond this: it applies even after you have downloaded the file. Your statutory remedies for faulty digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (sections 33 to 47) are unaffected and sit alongside the guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ndasafe.co.uk with your Stripe order reference within 14 days of purchase. We aim to respond within one working day, and refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
