Document preparation service, not legal advice.

NDASafe is a self-help document preparation service, not a law firm. NDASafe is a trading name of WSC Group Ltd (Company No. 17117072), 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, ICO registration CSN0004881. We are not solicitors, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we do not provide legal advice. Using NDASafe, reading this site, or buying a template does not create a solicitor–client or any other professional advisory relationship between you and NDASafe.

What “legally reviewed” means. Our templates are reviewed against the applicable law of England & Wales (and, where offered, Scotland and Northern Ireland) as at each template’s version date shown on the document. That review confirms the template is a sound, professionally structured starting point. It is not a review of your individual circumstances and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor on your specific matter.

The templates are a starting point you must adapt. Each NDA is supplied as an editable template that you are expected to complete and tailor — adding, amending or removing clauses — so that it fits your business, the parties and the specific situation. You are responsible for deciding whether a given template is appropriate for your needs, for completing it accurately, and for the final document you choose to sign and rely on. Clauses tagged [mandatory] (for example the whistleblowing carve-out in the Employee NDA) reflect protections that cannot lawfully be excluded; if you delete or alter them, the resulting document is your own and is not endorsed by NDASafe.

When to take advice. For high-value, complex, cross-border, regulated, or unusual matters — or whenever you are unsure — you should obtain independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor before signing. An NDA only takes effect once validly executed by the parties.

Limitation of liability. The templates are provided “as is” for self-completion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NDASafe is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, completion of, reliance on, or inability to use a template, including any loss caused by a document you have edited. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This disclaimer is governed by the law of England & Wales.
